Trade Show

 

The PTAA's Trade Show occurs every October and is their premier showcase of multifamily housing products and services. Supplier Partners of the PTAA get the opportunity to showcase the products and services they offer to the PTAA's Owner/Operators' Companies and On-Site Employees.

This themed show includes networking, food, giveaways, costume contests, and more!

Diamond Awards

 

The PTAA's Diamond Awards recognizes the best and brightest in the industry. Each year, the PTAA asks members to nominate apartment industry professionals and communities for a Diamond Award in the below categories. The Diamond Awards are awarded to the nominated professionals and communities that have been decided by a panel of industry experts to be the best in the Piedmont Triad.
