With 15 years of multi family experience starting as a maintenance tech and moving his way up to maintenance supervisor, he finally found his way in the industry on the vendor side. Derek was raised in the country of North Carolina and developed strong work ethic early on with deep roots in his Native heritage. Derek is a proud parent to a son and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and exploring nature.
