Farewell to paper, and welcome to the digital portal. Starting in 2023, the North Carolina Judicial Branch mandates that all cases be filed and stored electronically in a public portal. This significant shift will transform the processes of initiating, litigating, and appealing cases throughout the state.

Ryan J. Mumper joined the Loebsack & Brownlee team in 2022. A North Carolina native, Ryan attended undergrad at UNC-Chapel Hill and obtained his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2018. Soon after, Ryan commissioned as a JAG Corps officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and completed an active-duty mobilization at Fort Liberty, NC. Prior to joining L&B, Ryan spent several years at a Triangle area firm where he engaged primarily in landlord-tenant litigation, real estate litigation, small business representation, and family law.
As an L&B attorney and member of the North Carolina Bar, Ryan practices in numerous counties from the Triangle to the coast. His favorite aspect of the job is helping clients engage in sound decision-making that positively impacts their businesses and properties. Ryan also enjoys taking part in events and happenings across the North Carolina multifamily housing industry.
In his free time, Ryan’s personal interests include fitness, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels and Georgia Bulldogs.
