Triad Multifamily Data by Patrick Bowen

This presentation will focus specifically on multifamily in the Triad region, and allow PTAA members to ask questions and engage on this important topic. 

Patrick Bowen, President of Bowen National Research, has conducted more than 100 housing needs assessments and provided consulting services to city, county, and state development entities as it relates to a variety of housing issues since 1996.  He has also prepared and supervised thousands of market feasibility studies for all types of real estate products, including housing, retail, office, and mixed-use developments.  He has worked closely with many state and federal housing agencies to assist them with their market study guidelines.  Mr. Bowen has his bachelor’s degree in legal administration (with emphasis on business and law) from the University of West Florida and currently serves as the Chairman of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA), an organization that sets the national standards for housing market studies.
